I sold my house in Clonskeagh with OMD in December 2023. I chose OMD for three reasons, they were close to the property, they had v good reviews, and meeting Brian meant I didn’t bother engaging other agents. I had used a ‘brand name’ agent to attempt to sell a different property previously and wasn’t happy with the service. Brian runs the business and you can tell the difference that level of commitment will make, he gave me confidence it would be a priority. The house was in a good location, in good condition, during a sellers market, however I feel Brian did a v good job of drumming up interest and ultimately got several serious bidders and closed very quickly in the price range we were content with. He also arranged to let contractors into the property as we had to emigrate for work and had no family nearby to call on. Communication and updates were good, I never felt I needed to chase for info. All in would highly recommend this business if you are looking to sell a property.
